UNSC replaces the BoS

Making use of the available HALO-themed mods, I've implimented them into the leveled lists with some of my own tweaks and additions.

Place TCS BoS.esp plugin at the BOTTOM of your loadorder after any mods that edit
BoS leveled lists, outfits, or npc faces
